large cooling fins flashlight SOLC

Perfect heat distribution is ensured by an aluminum monoblock. It is designed to be very light, but at the same time it distributes heat very well. No screw threads and washers prevent the heat distribution. The temperature differences between the front and rear are only 4-5 ° C. The temperature inside the lamp is controlled by a microprocessor 1500x per second and does not exceed 65 ° C. At higher temperatures, the microprocessor begins to reduce performance. A decrease in power is signaled by the pulsation of the LEDs of the given modes.

Copper printed circuit board

Maximum LED cooling is achieved by a copper PCB with LEDs soldered directly to the PCB core. This method of cooling is the best possible and ensures higher LED efficiency due to the lower temperature of the LED chip.

Heat dissipation

Most of the heat loss from the LED is dissipated by massive ribbing. SOLC lamps also have an aluminum GOPRO holder. It is located at the point where the copper PCB transfers heat to the lamp body, ie where the lamp has the highest temperature. The holder absorbs heat and then transfers it to the aluminum handle and especially to the aluminum handlebars. The total cooling area increases and the lamp cools better provides higher performance than other lamps with rubber or plastic holders.
